What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?
Looking to introduce the story to US-based investors. Looking for both market support and the potential of a capital infusion.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
April 2 – addition of COO; April 9 – Submittal of reactivation plan for Shootaring Canyon mill
What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months:
Commence drill program at Slick Rock mine; submit Plan of Operations for Velvet-Wood mine.
6 Months:
Acquire additional uranium assets which fit into our hub-and-spoke production profile; hire both mine and mill-related staff
12 Months:
Commence mill refurbishment
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Larger scale funding for mill refurbishment; US government money is available for both processing facilities and mining; applications in for both
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
We are one of only a handful of near-term uranium producers based in the US, the largest consumer of uranium in the world. Our production capacity of 3Mlbs/year can be easily absorbed in a 50Mlb/year domestic market.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
We own a mill – significant differentiator vis-a-vis many of the other uranium companies in the market; we have near-term production planned – not many are at a similar stage; we are in the US – the largest consumer of uranium worldwide, with little current domestic uranium production taking place.
