Argenta Silver Corp. is a growth-oriented exploration company focused on unlocking high-grade silver resources essential to the global energy transition. Its flagship 100%-owned El Quevar Project in Salta, Argentina, covers 57,000 hectares within a prolific mining jurisdiction and remains largely underexplored, with only ~3% systematically evaluated to date, highlighting significant discovery upside. El Quevar is supported by exceptional existing infrastructure, including established site access, a fully operational camp, and proximity to rail, gas, and major road networks. This foundation provides a capital-efficient platform to advance exploration and streamline the path toward development. The foundational Mineral Resource Estimate of the Yaxtché deposit within El Quevar hosts an indicated mineral resource of 45.3 million ounces of silver from 2.93 million tonnes grading 482 g/t Ag, and an inferred resource of 4.1 million ounces from 0.31 million tonnes grading 417 g/t Ag (see website for more details). The mineral resource area remains open at depth and on both ends to the southeast and northwest. Recently, Argenta is led by a seasoned team with a track record across exploration, capital markets, and project development. The Company is executing a disciplined, data-driven strategy to expand and enhance the scale of the resource, while maintaining a strong commitment to responsible mining practices. With silver playing an increasingly critical role in electrification, renewable energy, and advanced technologies, Argenta is well positioned to deliver leveraged exposure to a high-quality, scalable silver system in a favourable jurisdiction.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months

1) Aggressive, fully funded multi-rig drilling underway Targeting rapid resource growth and new discoveries: ~40% focused on expanding the high-grade silver system at Yaxtché, and ~60% stepping out into adjacent silver zones and emerging copper-gold discoveries, while opening up entirely new targets across the district.
2) High-impact, sustained news flow Delivering a steady cadence of drill results and exploration updates to demonstrate scale, continuity, and repeat discovery potential.
3) De-Risking studies Continue environmental and metallurgical studies (resource area), complete geophysics and surface data collection (brand new areas)

6 Months

1) Deliver sustained drill results from the ongoing program Reporting a steady flow of assays to demonstrate resource expansion, system scale, and repeat high-grade continuity across the district.
2) Advance and validate metallurgical profile Delivering updated metallurgical test work to confirm and enhance the understanding of El Quevar’s high-grade silver characteristics, building on historical studies.
3) Drive market re-rating through execution Converting exploration success and technical validation into increased market recognition and valuation.
4) Unlock broader market appreciation of El Quevar Establishing El Quevar as a scalable, high-quality silver system, with growing investor awareness translating into strengthened share price performance.

12 Months

1) Accelerate de-risking and advance development pathways Progressing key technical workstreams to support resource expansion and enhance project economics, including advancing toward an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for Q2-Q3 2027, positioning El Quevar for the next stage of advancement.
2) Demonstrate district-scale growth through continued drilling success Expanding the high-grade silver system at Yaxtché while advancing adjacent silver zones and copper-gold discoveries, reinforcing the scale and continuity of a broader mineralized district.
3) Validate and strengthen metallurgical profile Delivering updated metallurgical test work to confirm and optimize recovery characteristics, supporting the investment case for a high-quality, low-impurity silver concentrate.
4) Drive sustained market re-rating through execution and visibility Translating exploration success, technical validation, and consistent news flow into increased institutional awareness, broader market participation, and improved valuation metrics.
5) Evaluate strategic growth opportunities across Latin America Assessing potential acquisitions of advanced-stage, high-quality silver assets in stable Latin American jurisdictions to complement El Quevar and enhance the Company’s pathway toward its vision of scaling into a much larger silver company.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

1. Rare exposure to a high-grade, primary silver system Pure silver assets of scale are increasingly scarce. Argenta offers direct leverage to silver as both a monetary asset and a critical industrial metal, with demand driven by electrification, renewable energy, and advanced technologies.
2. Fully funded with a demonstrated re-rating trajectory The Company is well-capitalized to execute its exploration strategy, having achieved a clear step-change in valuation through successive financings: C$0.20 (May 2025) → C$0.40 (August 2025) → C$0.80 (January 2026). This progression reflects growing institutional conviction and provides a strong foundation for continued value creation.
3) Backed by proven capital markets and technical leadership Supported by Frank Giustra (Co-founder,~10% ownership) and with the Fiore Group infrastructure, Argenta benefits from a track record of building and financing successful resource companies, combining technical execution with disciplined capital markets strategy. Additionally, Argentine billionaire, Eduardo Elsztain is a strategic investor (~10%)
