Hayasa Metals is a junior exploration company that controls two properties in Armenia. Property 1 is called Vardenis and is a 93km^2 copper-moly porphyry. Property 2 is called Urasar and is a 34km^2 copper-gold property (FNV/EMX paid HAY US$1mln for a 1.25% NSR on Urasar). The company has applied for 3 additional licenses and should receive the first in Q127 on an Anitmony/Nickel property in the north and two others in the south.

Hayasa just formed an exploration alliance with a major that contemplates spending app. US$15 mln over the next few years to advance projects.  Our partner is sole funding it, Hayasa gets properties that are too small for a major (i.e. VMS) or non-copper (i.e. gold) and should we find a copper porphyry, we’ll get 30% with an 18 mth funding holiday.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:

We are undervalued given the prospectivity in Armenia given we are the only ones doing exploration in country and we have a major as a partner.  It is only a matter of time before we advance a project.
