Viva Gold’s 100% owned Tonopah Gold Project (“TPG”) is located in Nevada amongst several operating mines along the prolific Walker Lane Trend. TPG is a late stage development project that will be entering feasibility work and the permitting process later this year. Permitted projects in this Zip code experience material re-ratings in the marketplace. The project’s robust economics are driven by a very shallow high grade starter pit, available infrastructure, and favorable mining geometry.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?
We are attending 121 New York to find strategic partners to help us finance the TPG into production. We are entering feasibility work and the Nevada permitting process, and will require a funding partner to help us get there. We are looking for open market support, potential equity financing and project financing.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
We have had several announcements around our most recent drilling program, which was quite successful. We are also expecting an updated resource and economic study before the show.
What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months:
Find a funding partner, either equity or debt.
6 Months:
Have PFS/FS work complete
12 Months:
Be close to having a permitted project in Nevada
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Lack of capital for smaller mining projects.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Best in class management team, a top-tier jurisdiction, and very compelling economics.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
1. TPG has a high conviction resource with ~85% in the M&I category. This will be a project that gets built/sold.
2. Arguably the best management and board in the junior gold sector
3. Permitted projects in Nevada experience material re-ratings in the market. There are several examples that we highlight in our deck.
